Obsidian Remove is a tool that allows your server's members to do End Crystals PVP on your PVP map.

How to setup:
Place this plugin on your plugins/ folder and start server
Stop your server
go to plugins/ObsidianRemove and open config.yml
set the world in which players will pvp
WorldGuard Flags required:
Allow People to build in the region, the plugin will disallow placing any block or fluid that is not obsidian, but block ender crystal grief.
Add the "remover.exclude" permission to your builders so they can place any block
